Ethekwini council awards Graffiti removal tender to G.R.S :: 2011-09-05 Ethekwini council awarded G.R.S another Graffiti tender in and around the CBD. Graffiti was effectively removed from various street furniture, bridges, road signs and walls. In the process 1000's of unsightly Graffiti Tags were removed restoring neighbourhoods to their original Graffiti free and clean state.
